1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Prayer Connect ("the Service"), operated by Winvar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Prayer Connect is an AI-powered prayer companion that allows users to submit personal prayer requests and receive compassionate, scripture-grounded responses generated by artificial intelligence. The Service also provides a daily Bible verse, Bible reading by book and chapter, a personal prayer journal, and optional subscription features. Bible text shown in the app is retrieved from labs.bible.org (NET Bible).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using Prayer Connect, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
4. User Accounts
You may sign in using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Prayer Connect offers a free tier that includes up to three (3) AI-generated prayers per calendar month, and paid Pro subscriptions processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected billing interval (monthly or annual). You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
6. AI-Generated Content
The prayers, messages, and scripture references provided by Prayer Connect are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for spiritual encouragement only. They do not constitute professional religious, psychological, medical, or legal advice. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Always consult a qualified pastor, counselor, or healthcare professional for serious personal matters.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to submit content that is abusive, hateful, unlawful, or intended to harm others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access for violations of this policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding associated with Prayer Connect are owned by or licensed to Winvar and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the prayer requests you submit, but grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI responses, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winvar and Prayer Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
13. Operator; Governing Law; Venue
The Service is operated by Winvar("we," "us," "our"). "Prayer Connect" is the name of the Service. Questions about these Terms or the Service may be directed to contact@winvar.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
